Join a well‑established national healthcare litigation team as a Solicitor/Associate specialising in clinical and medical negligence. The role is based in either the Bristol or Cambridge office and offers hybrid working options subject to team and client needs.

You will manage your own claimant caseload, including litigated matters, and support senior lawyers on high‑value, complex clinical negligence claims across areas such as obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care. The team emphasises technical excellence, client‑focussed advocacy and compassionate client care.

Up to 6 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant experience).
Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters.
Experience assisting on high‑value or complex clinical negligence cases.
