Solicitor / Associate — Regulatory & Data Protection, London

Join a dedicated regulatory and data protection team within a national law firm offering broad financial‑services and commercial work. The team advises insurers, brokers, asset managers, payment firms and other regulated businesses on regulatory compliance, data protection and related commercial matters.

Work will include FCA/PRA regulatory advisory matters, supporting corporate and commercial transactions, handling regulatory investigations and advising on data protection and cross‑border data compliance. The London office is preferred, with Bristol or Manchester considered for the right candidate.

• NQ–5 PQE in regulatory, data protection or commercial practice
• Experience advising financial services or other regulated clients on regulatory compliance and/or data protection
• Confident client handling and ability to manage files day‑to‑day with commercial judgement
• Team player who contributes to business development and collaborates across practice groups
