Join a national motor injury team handling a broad caseload of motor claims across pre‑litigation, MOJ, infant approvals, OIC and small track matters. The team combines day‑to‑day claims management with analysis of trends to develop insurer‑facing strategies.

This role is client‑facing and delivery‑focused: you will manage your own files to SLA, contribute to team objectives, maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and work with internal processes to protect confidential information.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx lawyer with litigation advocacy/handling experience
Proven experience managing a personal injury caseload, including motor injury and credit hire or similar matters
Strong organisational skills, ability to meet SLAs/KPIs and manage competing priorities
Good IT literacy (Word, Excel) and strong oral and written communication
Analytical mindset, commercial judgement and resilience in negotiation
Team player with a positive, professional approach and willingness to learn
