Join a specialist Complex Property team within a national insurance claims practice. The team acts for multiple insurer clients on high-value and technically challenging property insurance matters and is hiring for permanent roles and 12-month fixed-term contracts.

Work covers three core streams: subrogated recovery claims (typically high-value), defendant public liability property-damage matters, and coverage/advisory disputes arising from incidents such as fires, floods, storms, escapes of water or oil, explosions and impact damage.

Qualified solicitor, CILEX lawyer or barrister with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience
Experience or interest in subrogation, public liability/property damage and coverage disputes
Technically strong with good legal analysis and file management
Client-facing professionalism and ability to work within a supervisory team structure
Commercial awareness, strong teamwork and willingness to contribute to business development and training
