Join a growing property recoveries team within a well-established insurance practice in London. This claimant-focused role handles insurance recoveries for property damage arising from perils such as fire, flood, impact and escape of water.

You will manage your own caseload from investigation and pleadings through to settlement or trial, working with counsel and experts as required. The role offers structured support, exposure to client-facing and business development activities, and clear opportunities for career progression.

0–4 years' PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, or substantial pre-qualification experience.
Interest in and willingness to learn insurance property damage law, including basic contract and tort principles.
Experience or aptitude for investigatory work on fast, intermediate and multi-track matters.
Ability to draft letters of claim, conduct disclosure, obtain witness statements and progress files through to settlement or trial.
Good communication skills for liaising with clients, intermediaries and colleagues; commercial awareness and resilience.
Professional attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial/billing responsibilities on file.
