Join a leading international legal team as a Solicitor within a healthcare-focused clinical negligence practice. This hybrid role will primarily handle defendant-side clinical negligence work for private insurers, with the option to be based in Belfast or to travel to Dublin as required.

You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, provide practical legal advice, draft and negotiate case documents, liaise with medical experts and clients, and represent clients at hearings and mediations. The role involves collaboration across the healthcare team and opportunities to contribute to business development and client care.

1–3 years PQE in clinical negligence (NQs with strong relevant experience may be considered)
Experience handling complex clinical negligence defendant work is essential
Qualified in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, or willing to work towards dual qualification
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills; able to manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with legal research tools
