A well-established commercial litigation team in London is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join its practice handling complex, high‑stakes disputes, often with cross‑border elements. The team acts on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract, fraud, shareholder and professional negligence disputes, and frequently pursues time‑critical remedies to preserve and recover assets.

The role involves managing case files, drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting detailed legal research, and working with clients, external counsel and experts to deliver efficient case management. There are opportunities to contribute to thought leadership and support junior colleagues.

Newly qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation from a comparable firm
Strong academic record (2:1 degree or equivalent) from a leading university
Experience managing complex commercial disputes, ideally including cross‑border matters
Excellent technical knowledge of litigation procedure and remedies
Commercially focused approach, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and excellent client service
