Join a leading international arbitration team in London working on complex cross-border disputes across commercial, investment treaty and multi-party arbitrations. The role offers exposure to cases under major institutional rules and collaboration with colleagues across jurisdictions.

As a mid-level associate you will own substantive workstreams: factual mastery, evidence gathering, drafting submissions and witness statements, liaising with experts, and supporting hearings. The role provides early responsibility, client-facing interaction and opportunities to contribute to business development.

The team values technical excellence, commercial judgment and strong advocacy skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on professional development and cross-practice collaboration.

  • 2–4 years' PQE in international arbitration (wholly or partly at a large commercial firm)
  • Qualified in English law; additional jurisdictions desirable
  • Proven drafting and advocacy experience (submissions, witness statements, procedural correspondence)
  • Strong research, project management and client-facing skills; able to lead evidence-gathering and manage junior staff
  • Commercial awareness, excellent oral and written communication, and ability to work to tight deadlines
