Join a global Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects (IERP) banking team advising on large-scale project and acquisition financings, PPPs, fund and portfolio financings, and refinancing/restructuring across renewables, power, utilities, transport, digital and other sectors. The role sits in the banking-focused arm of the IERP practice and covers domestic, European and international financings.

You will lead and support complex financing transactions, manage matter workflows, draft and negotiate key documents, and coordinate with lenders, sponsors, development finance institutions and other stakeholders on multi-jurisdictional deals. The role offers exposure to market-leading projects across emerging and developed markets.

The team supports hybrid working (up to c.40% remote), operates a 35-hour core working week with flexibility for additional hours, and offers formal training and development pathways and clear promotion opportunities.

  • Ideally 5–7 years' post-qualification experience in project, infrastructure or energy finance (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience at a leading City or US firm, with proven transactional experience on project finance, PPPs, acquisition financings or related banking matters.
  • Excellent drafting, technical legal skills and commercial awareness; strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong academic record (minimum 2:1 or equivalent); ability to work in teams and manage matter budgets and time recording.
