Banking & Finance Associate (Senior Level)

We are seeking a senior-level associate to join our busy Banking & Finance practice in London. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border banking transactions and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Advise lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-border finance matters.
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related transaction documents.
• Support partners in the development of client relationships and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and trainees.

• Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in banking and finance (ideally 4-6 years).
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively as part of a team.
