A growing practice seeks a commercially minded solicitor (c.2–6 years' PQE) to join a busy Commercial, Public Procurement, Infrastructure & Projects team in Leeds. The role involves advising public sector and private clients on complex commercial contracts and long‑term partnering arrangements.

You will work across multidisciplinary projects with teams covering procurement, projects, real estate, construction, finance and disputes, supporting nationally significant infrastructure, outsourcing, PFI/PPP and service‑delivery workstreams. The role includes client advice, contract drafting and negotiation, procurement compliance and involvement in lifecycle contract management.

2–6 years' PQE in commercial, projects, infrastructure or public sector practice
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and advising on complex commercial contracts
Experience or strong interest in public sector contracting and UK procurement law
Knowledge or experience of outsourcing, managed services, technology, PFI/PPP or infrastructure arrangements (desirable)
Practical, commercially focused approach to risk and problem solving
Strong communication, relationship management and teamworking skills
Ability to support business development, thought leadership and client events
