Join a national commercial, regulatory and data practice as a Solicitor advising on a broad range of commercial contracts for technology-led and public‑sector clients. The role covers supply and services agreements, technology/IP agreements, outsourcing and SaaS arrangements, frameworks and bespoke terms.

You will work with sector teams across the firm to support clients in technology, data, cyber, energy and consumer markets, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and contributing to long‑term client relationships.

This position is based in Birmingham with a flexible hybrid working approach. The team welcomes newly qualified solicitors and trainees approaching qualification who have strong commercial interest and developing technical ability.

Qualified solicitor or trainee approaching qualification with experience or strong interest in commercial contracts
Proven drafting and written communication skills and confidence to negotiate contract terms
Commercial awareness and an ability to understand client business objectives
Ability to build client and internal relationships; collaborative team player
Self‑motivated, organised and committed to delivering high‑quality legal advice
