Join a market-leading construction practice in Brisbane as a Solicitor (2–3 PQE). You will work in a collegiate, high-performing team providing front-end construction and major project advice across structuring, delivery models, risk analysis, and contract drafting and negotiation.

The role offers hands-on supervision, skills development and exposure to large-scale infrastructure, energy and resources projects. The team works on complex, high-value matters for major clients, with opportunities to develop client-facing skills and contribute across phase one project documentation through to implementation.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–3 years post-qualification experience in construction law.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex construction and project documents; strong front-end construction expertise.
Excellent analytical, research and communication skills with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Collaborative team-player with a commitment to client service and willingness to adopt new technologies (including AI-enabled legal tools).
