Solicitor — Employers' Liability & Public Liability (Belfast)

Join a national casualty/injury team in Belfast focused on defence work for insurers and corporate clients. The role involves handling a varied caseload of employers' liability, public liability and disease-related claims across pre‑litigation and litigation stages.

The team covers matters from routine claims to complex and higher-value disputes, and provides both reactive defence litigation and proactive advisory work. You will work alongside experienced litigators, with opportunities for client-facing work, business development and internal training.

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, with demonstrable experience in Northern Ireland employers' liability, public liability or disease claims (eg. NIHL, asbestos).
• Experience running and assisting on pre-litigation and litigated files, including cases where liability is disputed.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; ability to produce work to a high standard and manage confidential information.
• Organised, commercially minded, able to prioritise workload and work both independently and as part of a team; willing to support business development and supervisory responsibilities.
