Join a market-leading Environment, Planning & Native Title team in Melbourne as a Solicitor (2–4 PQE). You will advise corporate and public-sector clients across energy, resources, infrastructure, telecommunications and real estate on environmental, planning and Aboriginal cultural heritage/native title matters.

The role offers a broad mix of advisory, transactional, project and contentious work, including environmental impact assessment, contaminated land, compulsory acquisition, biodiversity, climate and administrative/judicial review matters. You will work collaboratively with specialist teams on major projects related to energy transition, digital infrastructure and mine/industrial closure.

  • 2–4 years PQE in environmental, planning or native title law (private practice or government legal team)
  • Demonstrated experience with land use planning, environmental regulatory regimes and Aboriginal cultural heritage/native title issues
  • Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills with strong client-service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to adopt legal technologies (including AI-enabled tools) as part of practice
  • Right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency or appropriate visa)
