Join a nationally recognised healthcare regulatory and professional discipline team acting for medical defence organisations, insurers and individuals in regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and related criminal matters. The team covers matters across the UK and is highly regarded in professional discipline work.

This Solicitor role, based in Leeds, will handle GDC/GMC investigations, inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary cases. You will take ownership of files with minimal supervision, undertake advocacy where required, support and supervise junior fee-earners and contribute to client reporting and business development.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE in healthcare regulatory, professional discipline or related practice
Practical knowledge of how healthcare regulators (eg GMC/GDC) operate and experience handling regulator investigations
Advocacy experience, including hearings and inquest appearances
Ability to manage files independently, meet targets and produce client management information
Strong communication, organisation, analytical skills and attention to detail; IT literate and able to prioritise competing deadlines
