Join a national personal-injury practice as a Solicitor within an established International Serious Injury team based in Birmingham. The team handles complex, cross-border personal injury and illness claims arising abroad, with a focus on high-value and high-impact cases and client-led, compassionate service.

The role offers the chance to manage and progress international serious-injury matters, contribute to multi-claimant and group work, and work collaboratively within a specialist team. The firm supports hybrid working and wellbeing initiatives and provides structured onboarding and employment screening for new hires.

Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE.
Proven experience in personal injury / serious injury work, ideally with exposure to complex or high-value claims.
Comfortable managing international or cross-border elements of litigation and multi-claimant matters.
Excellent client-care skills, empathy, strong organisation, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
