Join a market-leading financial services M&A team in Sydney advising on matters for major banks, superannuation funds, insurers, investment managers and service providers. The role offers a mix of transactional work and advisory across superannuation, insurance, funds management and related financial services.

Work will include share sales and other transactions in the team’s specialty areas, plus advisory work covering organisational structures, governance, product lifecycles, service provider arrangements, regulatory developments and operational/disclosure issues. The team collaborates closely with specialists across practice groups on complex, high‑profile work.

This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who enjoys variety — drafting, advising and working on both deals and client-facing commercial advisory matters, with opportunities to contribute to business development and industry engagement.

Qualified solicitor with experience in financial services, superannuation, insurance or funds management work
Relevant M&A or transactional experience and strong drafting skills
Excellent analytical, communication and commercial advisory skills
Team player with client-service orientation and willingness to participate in business development
Eligible to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency or appropriate visa)
