Join a well-established UK medical negligence team based in Birmingham. The team handles a broad range of high‑severity clinical negligence matters across areas such as obstetrics, neonatal care, anaesthetics, neurosurgery, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.

The role is for an NQ–3 PQE Solicitor who will manage a personal caseload of multi‑track medical negligence claims, support senior colleagues on complex matters, and provide clear, pragmatic and empathetic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

NQ–3 PQE qualified solicitor with experience in or a training seat in medical/clinical negligence
Proven ability to manage multi‑track, high‑value personal injury/clinical negligence files
Strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and case‑management capability
Client‑focused, empathetic approach and ability to work collaboratively with senior lawyers
