Senior associate-level solicitor role within a national firm's Medical Negligence team based in Birmingham. The team handles a broad range of claimant-led clinical negligence matters, including complex and high-value cases across obstetrics, neonatal, surgical and psychiatric care.

The role involves managing a personal caseload (including litigated matters), supporting senior fee-earners on complex claims, and providing clear, compassionate advice to vulnerable clients. The team offers hybrid working and a supportive, inclusive environment with a focus on wellbeing and community engagement.

3–5 years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant side).
Proven experience managing a caseload, including litigated matters.
Experience assisting on high-value or complex clinical negligence claims.
Strong client-facing skills, sound legal analysis and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
