Solicitor — Medical Negligence (Group Actions) — Sheffield

Team-based role within a national medical negligence department: join a specialist group actions team in Sheffield handling individual clinical negligence claims alongside large-scale group actions and product liability matters. The team works on complex cases arising from obstetric, neonatal, surgical and device-related injuries.

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on high-profile litigation, working with experts and counsel to secure interim payments, rehabilitation funding and settlements. • Qualified solicitor with c.3–5 years PQE in medical negligence
• Experience of clinical negligence caseloads; group actions or product liability exposure advantageous
• Strong case-management, client-care and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage pressure and exercise commercial judgment
