Join a well-established national practice handling a wide range of clinical negligence matters. The team acts for individuals on complex medical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, surgical, spinal, orthopaedic and cancer-related cases.

The role provides early responsibility for managing your own caseload with support from experienced senior lawyers. You will focus on securing interim payments, arranging rehabilitation and representing clients through all stages of a claim.

4–6 years PQE with a background in medical/clinical negligence
Proven ability to manage own caseload and assist on higher-value matters
Strong client skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively and to priorities under pressure
