Join a highly regarded Perth corporate team as a Solicitor (2–3 years PQE) focusing on M&A and related corporate work. You will work on a broad range of private and public M&A transactions, corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets matters with hands‑on supervision and exposure to senior deal teams.

The role provides strong transactional experience across sectors such as energy & resources, agribusiness and technology, and offers opportunities to develop technical drafting skills, commercial judgment and client-facing capabilities while collaborating with corporate teams across the firm’s national practice.

2–3 years’ PQE with recognised corporate/M&A experience in private practice
Proven experience working on and executing corporate transactions
Strong drafting skills for transaction and public disclosure documents
Excellent analytical, research and communication skills; commercial curiosity
Client-service orientation, teamwork focus and willingness to participate in business development
Openness to adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools
