Solicitor — Motor & Fraud Claims, Glasgow

Join a leading international legal practice in Scotland as a Solicitor handling motor and insurance fraud claims. This hybrid role is based in Glasgow (with option to work from Edinburgh) and requires on-site attendance approximately two days per week.

You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, conduct investigations, draft pleadings and witness statements, provide strategic advice, and represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions. The role involves collaborating with colleagues across teams and keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 1–3 years PQE in motor insurance and/or fraud claims (NQ applicants with relevant training/experience may be considered)
• Solid knowledge of fraud and motor insurance law, civil procedure and litigation processes
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with limited supervision
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; client-focused approach
