Solicitor — Motor Injury (Belfast)

We are seeking a Solicitor to join a busy motor injury team in Belfast, handling motor injury, credit hire and damage matters. The role involves running a mixed caseload from pre‑litigation through litigation, including cases with disputed liability and court attendance.

The team advises insurers and corporate defendants on the defence of claims of varying value and complexity, and increasingly provides proactive advice and dispute‑resolution support. This is an opportunity to develop technical expertise, contribute to business development activity and work within a structured team environment.

• Qualified Solicitor with interest and ideally prior experience in motor injury, credit hire and property damage claims
• Ability to run pre‑litigation and litigated work with appropriate supervision, including attending court and working with counsel
• Commercial approach to case handling with strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational ability and effective prioritisation
• Self‑motivated team player who can work on own initiative and support business development and training activities
