Join a national fraud litigation team handling defended motor and casualty fraud cases for insurer clients. The role offers a mix of own-caseload management and support on more complex or high-value matters within a collaborative, commercially focused practice.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum office attendance in Liverpool of one day per week. You will use litigation databases and intelligence tools to support investigations and contribute to strong case outcomes.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with demonstrable experience on litigated motor or fraud matters (Fast Track experience preferred).
Practical knowledge of the UK civil litigation process and court procedures.
Strong drafting skills — pleadings, witness statements and trial bundles — and attention to detail.
Comfortable using legal research tools, case management software and fraud intelligence databases; good communication and organisational skills.
