Solicitor — Personal Injury / Serious Injury (Glasgow)

Experienced solicitor sought to join a busy Major Injury & Casualty team handling personal injury, serious injury, RTA and motor claims. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

You will manage your own caseload of pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court matters, assist on higher‑value files, and work to service levels with long‑standing insurer clients. The role emphasises technical litigation ability, efficient case progression and strong stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience managing personal injury and serious injury files, including RTA/motor claims.
• Insurance litigation experience, with ability to run pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation principles and case law, plus excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to prioritise workload, build client relationships, and work effectively under pressure.
