Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in private equity, funds, real estate or real estate finance.
Experience structuring equity-style real estate investments, and exposure to joint ventures, fund establishment, credit/debt or capital markets transactions.
Strong drafting, legal analysis and oral communication skills; highly client-focused.
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team and adapt to change.
Eligible to work in Australia or able to relocate with required approvals.
