The role involves running and supporting contested professional indemnity and construction‑related claims, advising on liability and coverage issues, drafting technical reports and court documents, and liaising with insurers, insureds, experts and counsel. There is scope to contribute to business development and to supervise and develop junior fee‑earners as part of a busy specialist disputes team.

Solicitor with c.3+ years PQE (or equivalent) with experience in professional indemnity / professional risk claims
Experience of construction‑related professional indemnity matters (architect/engineering claims desirable)
Knowledge of insurance litigation and policy coverage analysis, and commercial insurance market practices
Strong litigation experience, case management skills, attention to detail and excellent communication
