Join a growing Professional Liability team in Dublin within a global insurance and financial lines practice. This role is suited to a newly qualified solicitor who wants hands‑on experience defending professional negligence claims and advising insurers and professionals across multiple sectors, including construction.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on pre‑action and litigated matters, assist with case strategy, pleadings, discovery and court documentation, and support alternative dispute resolution and settlement processes.

Newly qualified solicitor (or due to qualify shortly).
Background in commercial litigation; exposure to professional negligence or insurance defence preferred.
Construction litigation or UK litigation experience advantageous.
Strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with clients, counsel and experts.
