The role involves managing a caseload focused on anti-social behaviour, possession and rent recovery matters, with opportunities to assist on wider residential litigation matters.

The team operates across multiple regional offices and uses established case-management processes to maintain compliance and meet court deadlines. You will support junior colleagues, contribute to business development activity, and work to agreed KPIs and quality standards.

Qualified solicitor with property litigation experience, particularly housing management and possession work
Proven ability to manage a caseload and work to deadlines and KPIs
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills (case-management systems and document handling)
Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and support junior colleagues
