Join a busy Bristol real estate litigation team focused on telecoms-related disputes and wider commercial property matters. The role offers day-to-day casework on nationwide matters with support from colleagues across the firm's UK network.

Work will include handling telecoms statutory notices, lease disputes, possession claims, arrears recovery, dilapidations and service-charge matters. The team emphasises a collaborative culture, practical client-facing advice and opportunities to contribute to business development and wider firm initiatives.

0–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong academic background; demonstrable commercial litigation experience preferred
Experience or interest in landlord & tenant and commercial property disputes; candidates from general commercial/civil litigation backgrounds welcome
Comfortable delivering concise, commercial advice and managing key dates/trackers
Familiarity with case management systems and client portals desirable
Willingness to support marketing/business development activity (articles, events, training)
