The team routinely conducts best‑interests applications, deprivation of liberty challenges and capacity disputes, acting for family members, advocates and statutory representatives.
This role offers a dedicated CoP health & welfare caseload, close supervision from experienced courtroom practitioners and regular exposure to high‑quality, impactful matters. - Solicitor qualified in England & Wales; 1–4 years' PQE (NQ–4 years)
- Experience or demonstrable interest in Court of Protection health & welfare, mental capacity and deprivation of liberty matters preferred
- Comfort working with vulnerable adults, families and statutory representatives; strong advocacy and drafting skills
- Client‑focused, compassionate approach and ability to manage a varied caseload
