Join a national regulatory SHE team advising organisations and individuals on health & safety, fire safety, food safety and related regulatory matters. The team handles investigations, prosecutions, inquests and public inquiry work alongside non‑contentious compliance advice, with a varied pipeline of instructions across industry sectors.

The role offers regular client contact, exposure to high‑quality regulatory work and opportunities to develop business relationships. You will work on a busy caseload supported by senior lawyers, contribute to pitches and trainings, and collaborate with other practice groups on cross‑disciplinary matters.

Minimum 2 years PQE in regulatory or commercially focused environment (private practice or in‑house).
Experience with regulatory investigations and prosecutions (HSE/Police/local regulators), witness interviews, PACE/under‑caution interviews, inquests and sentencing hearings.
Familiarity with environmental breaches, trading standards, product or food safety and fire safety advantageous.
Demonstrable client contact and business‑development capability; willingness to travel across London, Midlands and South West as required.
