Solicitor — Restructuring & Insolvency (2–4 yrs PAE) — Sydney

A busy Sydney-based restructuring & insolvency team is seeking a solicitor with 2–4 years post-admission experience to join its front-end restructuring practice. The team acts on complex, cross-border restructuring matters across the Asia‑Pacific region and works closely with banking, finance and wider practice groups.

The role offers substantive exposure to early-stage restructuring and workout work, opportunities to take responsibility on matters, and a structured, collaborative environment with on-the-job training and support to build market profile.

• 2–4 years post-admission (PAE) with exposure to restructuring & insolvency work
• Practical understanding of Australian restructuring and insolvency procedures (or equivalent jurisdictional experience)
