Senior Associate-level opportunity within a national insurance fraud team, handling complex and high-value fraudulent claims across motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents and organised fraud rings. The role is based with the Birmingham team but there is flexibility on candidate location, with options to work from other regional offices; hybrid working with around weekly office attendance is expected.

You'll lead litigation strategy and trial preparation, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and build strong relationships with major insurer clients. The team handles technically challenging matters and seeks commercially minded lawyers who contribute to growth and business development.

Minimum 2 years PQE with solid experience in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant).
Proven ability to run a complex caseload with limited supervision.
Experience of advocacy, litigation strategy and trial preparation on technically demanding matters.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, commercial awareness and client-service focus.
