Join a well-established Scottish real estate team advising on renewable energy projects. This role offers exposure to a range of transactions for developers, funders and major market participants across onshore and offshore renewable schemes.

The successful candidate will work within a close-knit specialist team, supporting senior fee-earners on high-profile matters, taking increasing ownership of files and receiving structured training and development.

There is scope to contribute to business development initiatives as the practice continues to grow, with real opportunities for career progression within a busy energy-focused real estate practice.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 1–4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate or related energy/renewables work.
Experience or strong interest in renewable energy property transactions (site acquisitions, leases, easements, title investigations).
Good drafting and commercial advisory skills; able to manage files and interface with clients and external advisers.
Motivated to participate in business development and to grow a specialist practice; strong team player with appetite for training and responsibility.
