Join a market-leading serious injury team handling high-value, complex catastrophic injury matters for adults and children. The team works with clinicians, rehabilitation providers and charities to secure long-term rehabilitation and compensation for clients with brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal injuries.

This is a Bristol/Cardiff-based role with hybrid working and a requirement for some regular office presence. You will develop your own caseload while working alongside senior lawyers on complex matters, and play an active role in securing rehabilitation and achieving strong client outcomes.

The role suits a resilient, client-focused solicitor who can work independently and as part of a team and who is committed to business development and external relationship-building.

0–3 years PQE in serious injury/personal injury litigation
Experience handling complex or high-value claimant cases preferred
Proven client empathy, resilience and good judgment
Strong interest in business development and building professional relationships
Ability to work flexibly across the South West / South Wales region with some office attendance
