Solicitor — Serious Injury, Manchester

Join a well-established national practice's Serious Injury team in Manchester handling high-value, complex personal-injury matters. The role involves managing a personal caseload of serious injury claims and supporting senior colleagues on complex brain, spinal cord and amputation cases.

The team provides holistic client service focused on rehabilitation and long-term needs as well as compensation. You will work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with hybrid-working flexibility and a range of employee well‑being and community initiatives.

• 1–4 years PQE with experience in serious injury or personal injury matters preferred
• Proven capability to manage your own caseload and assist on complex, high-value claims
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and client-focused approach
• Organised, proactive, commercially aware and a collaborative team player
