Solicitor — Serious Injury, Newcastle

An established national law practice is recruiting a Solicitor to join its partner-led Serious Injury team in Newcastle. The role involves advising and representing clients with life-changing injuries, working closely with medical experts, rehabilitation professionals, case managers and counsel.

You will manage your own caseload of complex, high-value personal injury matters (including brain injury, spinal injury, amputations and polytrauma), provide clear and compassionate advice to clients and contribute to business development and team growth within a collaborative team.

• 1–4 years' PQE with experience in serious injury/personal injury work
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of complex, high-value claims
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and strong client-care focus
• Proactive, organised approach and appetite for business development
