Senior Associate opportunity in a growing statutory insurance / workers' compensation team, with roles available in Sydney or Newcastle. The team acts for defendant insurers on personal injury and workers' compensation matters and offers a clear path for career progression within a supportive practice.

Minimum five years post-admission experience in personal injury, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendant/insurer side
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team across multiple offices
Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication and client-management skills
Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers and good organisational/prioritisation abilities
