Solicitor — Serious Injury (Personal Injury), London

Join a national personal injury practice in London as a Solicitor on the Serious Injury team. You will work on a caseload of life-changing injury matters (brain, spinal, amputation and other severe injuries), supporting clients and their families to secure rehabilitation and long-term support as well as damages where appropriate.

The role combines autonomous case management with collaborative work alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters. There are opportunities to contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues and develop specialist expertise in serious injury litigation.

• NQ–2 years PQE with some exposure to serious injury or complex personal injury matters.
• Experience managing a caseload and assisting on higher-value, complex cases.
• Strong client-facing skills, empathy and the ability to support vulnerable clients and families.
• Commercial awareness, willingness to contribute to business development and work collaboratively within a team.
