Join a national, client-focused personal injury team handling complex, high-value serious injury matters across South Wales and the South West of England. The team represents adults and children with catastrophic injuries and works closely with clinicians, rehabilitation providers and charities to secure optimal outcomes.

This is a Bristol/Cardiff–based role with flexible working and an expectation of some weekly office attendance. You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers on life-changing claims, contributing to rehabilitation planning, case strategy and client-facing work from early instructions.

The role suits a resilient, client-centred solicitor who is comfortable developing a caseload, supporting complex litigation, and taking part in business development and stakeholder engagement activities.

0–3 years' PQE in personal injury / serious injury litigation
Experience handling serious or catastrophic injury matters and offering client-focused rehabilitation support
Willingness to engage in business development and relationship-building with clinical teams and charities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with empathy, resilience and strong communication skills
Flexible working approach with regular office presence in the South Wales / South West region
