Join a specialist vehicle hire and damage litigation team that acts for a broad panel of insurers and self‑insured corporates. The team handles defendant hire and vehicle damage disputes across small‑track to multi‑track matters, including related liability and indemnity issues.

This role offers a high‑volume caseload, technical development and opportunities to progress within a large, well‑resourced practice. The team supports flexible working; candidates qualified in England & Wales may work hybrid or remotely with occasional office attendance for hub days or client meetings.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer admitted in England & Wales
Demonstrable experience in credit hire / vehicle hire & damage or closely related motor/civil litigation
Experience managing a personal caseload and meeting client SLAs, protocols and KPIs
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and resilience
Excellent communication skills and client‑facing experience
Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel) and ability to work independently while escalating appropriately
