Senior lawyer role within a national corporate insurance and financial services team. The team advises insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and financial institutions on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters. You will work on regulatory and compliance advice, reinsurance agreements, insurance M&A, policy drafting and placement of specialist classes of insurance.

This is a flexible, permanent role open to full‑time, part‑time or contract candidates and offers hybrid working with flexible location options across Australia. The team is collaborative and provides genuine career development and market‑leading work in the insurance sector.

Minimum of 5 years post‑admission experience.
Experience in front‑end or corporate insurance work (insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries) and insurance transactions.
Experience or interest in adjacent financial services areas (superannuation, wealth, funds) is highly regarded.
Strong technical legal drafting, policy drafting/review and written communication skills.
