Leading global project, energy and infrastructure finance team in Los Angeles seeks a Special Counsel or Senior Associate to support complex structured financings across renewable energy, infrastructure and energy-transition transactions. The role will focus on project finance matters for developers, investors and lenders, with an emphasis on tax-credit monetization and other renewable finance structures.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated cross-border matters, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and play a visible role in deal execution. This is a client-facing position that offers opportunities for transaction leadership, business development and mentoring junior lawyers within an established practice.

Substantial project finance experience, including renewable energy transactions and tax credit monetization.
Proven track record leading complex structured financings at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
Strong commercial judgment, client-management and business development skills.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership; excellent academic credentials.
