Staff Attorney — Banking Litigation, Sydney

A legal role supporting banking-related litigation matters based in Sydney. The team handles disputes arising from financial products, lending arrangements and regulatory issues; the role will involve drafting pleadings, supporting discovery, and assisting on contested hearings and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-jurisdictional litigation group and work closely with senior litigators and regulatory specialists. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys research, drafting, and collaborating on case strategy in a fast-paced practice.

• Qualified lawyer admitted (or eligible) to practice in the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
• Experience in banking, finance or commercial litigation (demonstrable litigation drafting, discovery and court exposure).
• Strong legal research, drafting and case-management skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort working on cross-border or regulatory aspects of financial disputes.
