Staff Attorney — Commercial Real Estate, Washington, DC

Experienced commercial real estate group seeks a staff attorney to support a high‑volume, full‑service real estate practice. The role will handle acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, dispositions and related due diligence across the Washington, D.C. metro area (DC, Baltimore or Tysons Corner offices).

Ideal candidate will work closely with partners and deal teams on transactional matters, title and survey review, and client communications. This is a firm role within a large national practice; the team values attention to detail, responsiveness, and pragmatic problem‑solving.

• Minimum 8 years' law firm experience in commercial real estate transactional work
• Substantive experience with acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and dispositions
• Proficiency in title and survey due diligence
