Senior corporate associate role supporting cross-border transactional work from a Toronto hybrid office. You will join a global transactions team and work on reorganizations, integrations and multijurisdictional corporate matters that are often complex and high value.

The role involves coordinating with multiple jurisdictions, drafting corporate documentation, and working on project teams with lawyers, legal project managers and legal‑tech colleagues across an international network. There is also opportunity to contribute to process improvement and development of innovative client service solutions.

Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in corporate law
Experience on corporate transactions, reorganizations or integrations — cross‑border experience preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial judgment; client‑focused approach
Excellent communication, teamwork and project management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and online legal research tools
