Leading national law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join its Miami litigation team. The role supports case teams across offices, providing practical guidance on discovery strategy, preservation, collection, review workflows and productions.

The position will sit on the firm's dedicated eDiscovery attorney team and involves advising attorneys on best practices, scoping discovery, managing document review projects and ensuring defensible processes. This is a hands-on role for an attorney comfortable with both strategic and operational aspects of eDiscovery.

Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional eDiscovery and document review management
Experience with discovery scoping, preservation and collection workflows
Proven ability to manage review teams and oversee productions
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Florida bar in good standing
